block-tools

Block-tools is a software package for building parallel numerical algorithms based on block-decomposition strategies. It is composed of three parts: block-la contains the linear algebra classes that support development of block-decomposition for parallel linear operations, block-opt includes interfaces for connecting structured nonlinear programming problems with algorithms (including a simple interface to ASL), and block-apps contains a few example applications that make use of the block-tools classes. This is open-source software is developed in C++ by several members of Carl Laird's research group and released under the Eclipse Public License (EPL). The current version (1.0 Beta) is provided for download here [block-tools-v1.0Beta.tgz].
